Red Horse Lager

San Miguel Brewery brews a down market entrant called Red Horse. People drink this beer for the most basic of reasons: relatively high alcohol content and the cute logo of a horse on the label.

The Philippines' largest
brewer, San Miguel, has its own subsidiary in Thailand.
In addition to the
company's signature brew, they brew a down market entrant
called Red Horse. With an identical alcohol content to
Chang Classic but
slightly cheaper, San Miguel's objective was to take
on the number one selling beer in Thailand.
Actually, a Red Horse chilled
is tastier than an extra bitter Chang Classic. You're
just not going to have as easy a time getting your hands on
a Red Horse.
You're not missing anything.
Red Horse is yet one more pale lager among many in
the pale lager segment.
People drink this beer for
the most basic of reasons: relatively high alcohol
content and the cute logo of a horse on the label. Who
in the world doesn't love a cute horse?
