Evil Twin Brewing Bikini

Evil Twin Brewing Bikini from USA Evil Twin goes to the trouble to tell us that this "very drinkable Bikini Beer is anything but a sissy beer." The only reason anyone might think to call this a sissy beer is the low ABV, less than 3%. Anyway, a nice play. Everyone today is heading toward a magic beer with 100% alcohol.

You got to give some credit to Evil Twin Brewing from Brooklyn, New York for having some rhyme and reason to naming its beers. Bikini, Evil Twin tells us, was the name of both a piece of revolutionary clothing designed by French clothes designer Louis Reard and also the name of an atom bomb testing site, the Bikini Atoll.  The bikini is associated with both freedom and degradation.

As with many Evil Twin beers, the little blurb, while it might sound "deep," doesn't ring so clever after a few readings.  A better name for the beer might have been Heavyweight.  Evil Twin goes to the trouble to tell us that this "very drinkable Bikini Beer is anything but a sissy beer."

The only reason anyone might think to call this a sissy beer is the low ABV, less than 3%.  This beer is so weak in alcohol that Sweden and Finland's alcohol monopoly, reserved for any beer with any strength, would allow this to be sold in grocery stores.

It's a decent, though a bit bitter, beer for one so low in alcohol.

Anyway, a nice play. Everyone today is heading toward a magic beer with 100% alcohol.  After the initial gasp about how tasty this "non-alcoholic" beer is, you are free to move on.
